Dear Dr. Takayuki Itoh

Excuse me for my sudden messege.  I am Takayuki Itoh, professor at Ochanomizu University, Japan.

I would like to invite you as an international program committee of NICOGRAPH International 2012, scheduled on July 2 and 3 in 2012, at Bali, Indonesia.

NICOGRAPH is originally a Japanese domestic conference which have 25 years of history, focusing on computer graphics, multimedia, digital art, and so on.  NICOGRAPH International is an international version of yearly conference held alternatively in Japan and adjacent Asian countries. This year we are scheduling in Bali jointly with local committees in Indonesia.

Role of international program committee is quite simple:
- Review of one or two assigned papers, and
- Participation to on-line discussion of acceptance and program arrangement.
