2003年5月20日から23日にかけて東京工業大学大岡山キャンパスで開催された第1回
DiVA芸術科学会展について報告し論考する。受賞作品を紹介し、講評と著者による解説を掲載する。
本展覧会の企画と運営、ならびに本学会の中での位置づけ、今後の方向性などについて
論評する。作家と技術者のコラボレーションをさらに発展させるための提言を行う。

This paper reports and discusses the first DiVA Exhibition organized by the
Society for Art and Science, from May 20 to 23, 2003, at Tokyo Institute of
Technology Oookayama Campus.
All the awarded artworks are illustrated along with the commentaries of the
authors and reviews.
The project planning and management of this exhibition, the relationship between
the sponsored society and the exhibition,  and expectation for the future
development are described.
Also this paper discusses how to promote the collaboration between the
scientists and artists.
