和文：本研究の目的は，放送局がいかに自らの「ヒト・モノ・カネ・情報」を使って「生き残り」をはかろうとしているのかを検証することである．著者がテレビ東京に入社して36年間，番組制作の場に携わってきた中で培った暗黙知や専門的な知識を詳細なデータ分析で裏づけしてゆくことで，テレビ東京が自らの＜弱点＞や＜マイナス＞面を＜プラス＞に転換していった戦略の現状を明らかにしてゆく．本論は放送業界の配信ビジネスへのパラダイムシフトが激化する今の時代にふさわしい内容であり，放送局が番組コンテンツをどうビジネスとして運用してゆくべきかというテーマを暗黙知とデータ分析，いわゆる芸術と科学という2つの領域から照射した考察はこれまでにないため，学会内で共有するべき有用なものと考えるものである．最終的には放送局におけるよりよい作品コンテンツ運用についての提言をおこなうことでその弊害や問題点を浮き彫りとし，放送局の未来の姿を予見したい． 
英文：The purpose of this study is to examine how broadcasting stations can "survive" by making full use of "people, things, money, and information. The tacit knowledge and expertise that the author has developed through 36 years of experience in program production at TV Tokyo will be supported by detailed data analysis to reveal the current state of TV Tokyo's strategy to turn its "weaknesses" and "negative aspects" into "positives. This is the first study of the theme of how broadcasters should manage program content as a business from the two domains of tacit knowledge and data analysis, or art and science, and we believe it would be beneficial to share it with the academic community. Finally, we would like to highlight some of the downsides and problems for better management of program content at broadcasters, and offer some suggestions for the future of broadcasters.
